HE-802 Advanced Quantitative Methods & Measurement

Prerequisites: HE-742. In this course, students will learn and apply some of the most common univariate and multivariate statistical methods used in the analysis of health professions education research. Students will also be introduced to measurement and psychometric theory. Although this course emphasizes the conceptual application of statistical methods, some discussion of the mathematical underpinnings, including the relevant formulae and assumptions, are necessary for understanding.
