HE-947 Transforming IPE thr Eff Fb

Prerequisite: Enrollment in PhD in Health Professions Education program and HE-945. Skills of giving and receiving feedback will be presented, modeled, practiced, and debriefed in this course. The skills in managing feedback conversations are essential in learning interprofessional collaboration, developing IPE, and implementing IPE with interprofessional students. A number of techniques and tools are given in this course for transforming self, others, and culture through feedback. It concludes with the design of an interprofessional learning program based on theories and tools covered in the course.
