HE-991B Mentored Res 1 & Dissert Sem2
Prerequisite: Enrollment in PhD in Health Professions Education program and HE-744. This is the first course in the three-course doctoral mentored research sequence, designed to prepare students to become critical reviewers and creators of academic research at the doctoral level. The course supports creation of the PhD Prospectus and generation of the first of three articles suitable for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Students will identify a research question, perform a systematic review of literature, and develop a draft manuscript.
