13.1. Electronic Mail (Email)
Each student will receive an Institute email address. E-mail will be the primary mechanism for communication between faculty and students and for all Institute communication. The Institute address will be the only e-mail address used by faculty and administration to communicate with the student. Students are encouraged to check their Institute e-mail daily. Failure to respond to an email within 48 hours will prompt follow-up communication from faculty or staff. Failure to respond to the follow-up email within 24 hours will result in a notification of concern.
