Reading Specialist Licensure Program (CAS)

Applicants must provide official transcripts confirming a conferred bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the U.S., or an equivalent foreign degree.
A teaching license is not required to apply to the program. However, applicants should be aware that the Massachusetts Department of Education requires one to have an initial teaching license in order to qualify for licensure as a reading specialist.
The GRE is not required for admission to this program.
