Program or Specialization/Track Change Policy
Program Changes
Program changes are at the discretion of individual Schools/Programs. In order to change programs, students are required to complete the Program Addition/Change Form. Once this form is submitted, it will be forwarded to the appropriate School/Program for review. If approved, the Registrar is then notified and the student record will be updated with the new program information. It is the responsibility of the student to work with School/Program advisors to review the plan of study for the new program and create a plan for completion of all degree/certificate requirements.
Specialization/Track Changes
If you are a School of Nursing or CSD student that is requesting a specialization/track change, please complete the Specialization/Track Change Form. It is the responsibility of the student to work with your School/Program advisor to review the plan of study for the new specialization/track and create a plan for completion of all degree requirements.
