Applicants are required to submit an official transcript from each college and/or university attended, even if a degree was not received from that institution prior to enrollment. For transcripts to be considered official they must be in their original signed and sealed envelopes when received, or sent through a secure electronic transcript ordering service directly from another institution to MGH Institute of Health Professions. For courses in progress, transcripts should be forwarded upon completion.Unofficial transcripts may be accepted throughout the application process for certain programs for the 2020-2021 cycle - please visit each program's Apply Page for specific requirements and additional information. Transcript requirements may differ by program.

The Office of Admissions strongly encourages the use of online electronic transcript ordering which can be sent directly via email to admissions@mghihp.edu. If this is not an option and your institution does not participate in electronic transcript delivery, official transcripts may be sent to: MGH Institute of Health Professions, Office of Enrollment Services, 36 1st Avenue, Boston, MA 02129.

Programs that use Centralized Application Services (OTCAS, NursingCAS, CSDCAS, PTCAS, CASPA) will require that official transcripts be sent to the centralized service directly for verification, as per the application process. Please see the website for specific application requirements, by program.
