CS-889 Scientific Dissemination and Implementation of Evidence into SLP Practice

Prerequisites: CSH-881, CSH-882, CS-883, CSH-884, CSH-888. In this course, students will disseminate new knowledge and apply skills to an individual, group, population and system. Students will integrate principles of dissemination and implementation science and trends in rehabilitation sciences. Students will analyze existing and familiar evidence-based intervention to understand barriers and facilitators that influence implementation of effective interventions. Strategies for disseminating theory and science into their workplace will be discussed.
