DA-820 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

The introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning will explore the theory, design and practical health care system applications which can be used to improve clinical and operational decision-making. Students will gain an understanding of the field of data science and the role of the data scientist and the intersection with data analytics. Current and futuristic application of the AI will be examined including the statistical and analytical foundation of machine and deep learning.
