RS-910 Introduction to Concepts in Research in Rehabilitation Science
Prerequisites: None. This survey course introduces doctoral students to the broad field of research in rehabilitation science. The course will be team-taught by an interdisciplinary group of faculty who each have expertise in one or more of the course's topic areas including; epidemiology, demographics, and models of disability; outcomes research and evidence-based practice; rehabilitation engineering and technology translation; research ethics; grant writing; use of human subjects in research; and use of information retrieval systems.
