CA-724 Genetics of Hearing Loss

Prerequisites: CA-720. This course introduces the genetic origins of hearing disorders including inheritance patterns and syndromic/non-syndromic genotypes as they relate to the degree, type, and age of hearing loss onset. Genetic counseling for patients and families is also covered.
