DNP-966E Creating Innovative Health Care Systems: DNP Executive Practice

Prerequisites: DNP-866, DNP-867. In this third semester, doctoral course, students will integrate evidence and theory into their nursing practice. Students will develop new approaches to solve identified practice problems utilizing the evidence and building on the concepts of nursing theories and those from related disciplines. Students will demonstrate advanced levels of clinical judgment, systems thinking, and accountability in designing, delivering, and evaluating evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.
