HE 942 PhD HPEd Innovations Seminar
Prerequisite: Enrollment in HPEd PhD Program. This synchronous, virtual intensive seminar analyzes factors associated with innovations within the context of evolving health professions educator roles. Students will examine educational innovation case studies and the evidence supporting their use, or lack thereof, using innovation theory. Session topics will explore methodological considerations associated with studying educational innovations. Students gain insights into their own doctoral program goals and health professions scholarship through keynotes, workshops, small group discussions.
