NLE 760 Nurse Educator Integrated Practicum

Prerequisites: HE-712, HE-713, HE-715, NH-602, NH-710, NH-720, NLE-710, NLE-720. This graduate-level practicum in advanced nursing practice prepares the nurse for direct care and for the educator role in clinical and/or academic settings. Working with a preceptor, the student integrates theory, evidence and leadership concepts in implementation of educational best practices. The student collaborates with their preceptor in identifying goals for their practicum experience based on their unique setting. Students will produce a scholarly paper addressing a current issue in nursing education.
