10.1.1 Submission of Program Complaints
Learners who have complaints about any aspect of the MSDA program should speak with the Program Director to determine if there is a reasonable solution that can be negotiated. If the learner does not get satisfaction through this mechanism, they must submit a formal written letter of complaint to the department chair with the following information:
• Identify the person making the complaint
• Set forth and clearly describe the specific nature of the complaint
• Provide supporting evidence and/or data for the complaint
• Specify the changes that are sought by the complainant
