a. Resignation
A faculty member who resigns his/her position at the Institute is asked to give advance notice to avoid interrupting the courses to which he/she is assigned. Prior to the last day of employment, the faculty member should make an appointment for an exit interview with the associate provost for academic affairs, who will also provide an
offboarding checklist on the exit process. All materials belonging to the Institute and building must be turned in to the Office of Human Resources. These include but are not limited to: building access key(s), photo ID badge, laptop, phone, other equipment belonging to the Institute and corporate credit card.
