30.6 Case Logs

Students maintain a log of each participatory clinical encounter within Exxat. Cases are to be logged within 24-48 hours. The Program uses Exxat to capture clinical experiences allowing for ongoing monitoring and to ensure that students are meeting the requirements of the Program and ACGC.
