HE-714 Teaching Practicum

Prerequisites: HP-712, HE-713. This course is a teaching practicum where participants apply evidence-based principles of teaching, learning, and assessment to a unique learning environment of their choosing. Participants engage in personal goal setting and are paired with a practicum mentor who provides coaching, direct observation and feedback to improve the participant's teaching practices. Reflections are shared with online classmates. Required readings and activities are chosen based on the specific area/s of the learner's interest.
