HE-718 Lead with Emot Intell IP Teams

Prerequisites: Bachelor's Degree. This course introduces Emotional Intelligence (EI) in teams focusing on self-awareness, self-management, empathy, social awareness, humility, communication and conflict, coaching and mentoring. Learners will explore concepts that are closely aligned with emotional intelligence in the health professions (e.g. psychological safety, humble inquiry, vulnerability, burnout) and include in-depth self-awareness. Content will contribute to building and evaluating curricula as well as developing effective interprofessional teams, and becoming an effective team leader.
