HP-819 IMPACT 2: Interprofessional Project

Prerequisites: HP-818. Building on the foundation for interprofessional practice established in IMPACT I, students increase the knowledge and skills needed for effective team functioning and deepen their understanding of team members' roles and responsibilities and the values and ethics central to practice as a healthcare provider. Engaging in experiential learning, in settings including interprofessional lectures/rounds, community engagement, and healthcare simulations, students in their interprofessional teams develop and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and values required for collaborative practice.
