Informatics Certificate of Completion
The Certificate of Completion in Informatics is 12-credits plus a practicum option. The certificate is open to nurses and non-nurses and prepares nurses to be eligible to sit for the ANCC informatics certification examination.
Course of Study – 12 credits plus Practicum
Semester 1 – Fall (2 courses). NH-716 and NH-717 (NH-716 can be taken on its own, NH-717 requires the NH-716 pre-requisite).
Semester 2 – Spring (2 courses). NH-719 and NH-718 (in that order NH-719 first followed by NH-718). NH-716 is a prerequisite for both and can be taken independently. An optional practicum is offered in the Spring.
