Electronic Communications Consent Agreement

This agreement is to be completed when logging on to your IOnline account for the first time.

The MGH Institute of Health Professions identifies electronic communication as the official means of communication for students, faculty and staff. Students would agree to a statement which provides consent to allow the Institute to conduct business electronically including having communications provided or made available to you in electronic form and entering into Agreements and Transactions using electronic records and signatures. Consent is valid indefinitely or until you revoke your consent.  To revoke your consent, contact registrar@mghihp.edu.
