Tuition Refund Insurance Waiver Agreement
This agreement is to be completed when logging on to your IOnline account for the first time.

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION:
To complete this agreement, choose one of the options below:
Option 1: "Accept"
To waive charges and enrollment in the tuition refund plan, choose "Accept". Waivers received after the deadline will not be considered and you will be responsible for the cost of Tuition Insurance for that semester and you will be enrolled in the plan.
Option 2: "Decline"
If you choose "Decline", this means that you will be charged and enrolled in the plan. The current rate will appear on your semester tuition bill, viewable through your student account in IOnline.
Waivers remain in effect throughout your time at the Institute. Should you choose to opt back in, you would need to do so by emailing the Bursar at Bursar@mghihp.edu before the end of the 2nd week of the official start date of any semester. If you do choose to opt back into the plan, you will be sent a new agreement to complete.
Please consider this option carefully as Tuition Refund Insurance provides coverage for tuition and fees should you have to withdraw due to serious illness or accident before the semester is completed. Students are automatically enrolled in this insurance program unless you choose to "Accept" this waiver of benefits.
