7.1 Technical Support
If students experience issues related to D2L or other Institute-supported platforms, they should submit a support request by selecting “Open a New Ticket” through the Institute Helpdesk Support Portal. IT staff typically respond within 24 hours.
For immediate assistance, students may also contact the IT Help Line at (617) 724-7910. Support is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours subject to change).
