7.5 Incident Reporting

Students who experience or witness incidents involving harassment, discrimination, inequity, or other forms of inappropriate conduct are encouraged to complete a confidential Student Incident Report. All reports are reviewed by the Office of Student Affairs and Services and are managed with discretion and care.
