GI-2. Conditions of Enrollment
As a condition of enrollment at the IHP, all students must fulfill the requirements for each of the following areas prior to the 1st day of matriculation:
1. Criminal Background Check
2. Health Insurance Requirement
3. HIPAA
4. OSHA
5. Health History(includes vaccination requirements)
6. CPR
7. Title IX Training
Please refer to the for specific conditions of each of these requirements.
As a condition of continued enrollment, students must maintain these requirements at all times. Records must be updated on an annual basis.
Students who are out of compliance with these requirements may be subject to the Institute’s Out of Compliance Procedures which includes losing access to D2L courses and not be allowed to participate in courses and clinical experiences until requirements have been met. Additionally, students may receive Professionalism Feedback as outlined in Policy AP 5 or Oral or Written Warnings as outlined in Policy AP7.
