Article 3 - Officers
The officers of the Faculty shall be the Chair, Chair-elect, and Clerk. In the ordinary course, the Chair of the Faculty shall serve for a term of one (1) year following a one (1) year term as Chair-elect, and a one (1) year term as Clerk prior to that. The officers of the Faculty shall be elected in the spring election each year. Officers will be installed at the June Faculty meeting annually and take office at that time. Officers may be removed by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of either the Senate or the Regular Faculty.
