IHP Scholarship Model

In 2014 the Faculty Senate proposed and the Board of Trustees approved a new model for faculty scholarship. The new model and its accompanying criteria for appointment and promotion will apply to all faculty whose appointments start after July 1, 2014. Faculty who began their service at the Institute before July 1, 2014 will have the option to be considered for promotion under the current or the previous criteria, which are included here as well. During the 2014-2015 academic year, representatives of the Faculty Senate will develop an implementation model that plans for the eventual phasing out of the previous criteria.
