HA-610 Immersion I: Human-centered Leadership Principles, Communication, and Practice

Prerequisites: HAH-630, HA-631. This experiential 3-day workshop enables learners to practice and apply the human-centered leadership and communication concepts introduced in foundational courses in a low-stakes, psychologically safe environment. The goal is to enable learners to gain comfort, confidence, and proficiency to employ these skills and behaviors in their current roles, teams and organizations. Learners further engage in human-centered topics and associated practices such as individual, team, and system resiliency, coaching and learning conversations, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and professional networking. The workshop also includes self-assessment for learners to gage their proficiency and identify learning edges for further development.
