This course introduces learners to models and frameworks for strategic planning applicable for initiatives of all sizes and scopes, from small projects, programs, and teams to complex organizations, systems, and community interventions, and across various healthcare sectors and stakeholders, including those who provide healthcare services, medical devices, equipment and supplies, government and private health insurance, and digital health. Learners investigate the potential for collaboration and new business models to create value for patients, teams, organizations, and communities.
