DA 830 The Analytic Leader

Prerequisites:  None.  This leadership course aims to allow healthcare professionals to develop their skills in leveraging data and analytics for strategic decision-making within the healthcare industry. This course focuses on using available information for data-driven problem-solving in healthcare contexts. Learners will have the opportunity to engage with current leaders in the healthcare industry through guest lectures and asynchronous interviews to gain real-world insights. Students will learn to assess data quality, enhance healthcare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leverage healthcare analytics, make data-driven decisions, and cultivate a data-driven healthcare culture.
