18. FERPA

FERPA is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.  FERPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of educational records and all students at the Institute are protected under FERPA.   Please visit the Office of Student and Alumni Services (OSAS) Student Handbook for more information.
