5.4.1.2 Clinical Year Remediations
Clinical year course remediations will be coordinated by the Remediation Committee. For students with an EOR failure, the remediation process will include retesting the same content, but not containing the same questions. EOR remediations and exam retests must be completed on a timeline outlined by the Director of Clinical Education and remediation committee. The student must score 67% on the retest to successfully pass the clerkship. Successfully passing the EOR retest will reflect on the student transcript as a passing grade but will still be considered a course failure according to section 5.4.
For students with an unsatisfactory preceptor evaluation, the remediation process may include repeating an on-site clinical clerkship and result in a delay in Program completion.
