i.i Academic Policies and Procedures
The Program Director of the CIED program oversees the operation of the Program. The Program Director in consultation with the Department of Health Sciences, Dean of the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and faculty who have experience in teaching and mentoring graduate students, make decisions about all the critical aspects of the program including:
- Developing, reviewing and modifying all necessary program-specific policies and procedures,
- Approving students and faculty for participation in the program,
- Tracking the progress of students throughout the program.
The academic policies of the MGH Institute of Health Professions are published in the Catalog, which is available online at the Institute’s website (www.mghihp.edu). Academic policies of the CIED program are presented in this manual. Students are required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the policies and procedures contained in both the Catalog and this manual.
