Student Evaluation of Fieldwork Experience and Supervision
Student Evaluation of the Site Experience (SEFWE)
Students are required to fill out both a formal evaluation of their experience at the facility(ies), using the respective Student Evaluation of the Site Experiences for Level I fieldwork and the Student Evaluation of the Fieldwork Experience (SEFWE) for Level II fieldwork. These evaluation forms offer opportunities to assess various aspects of the fieldwork program.
Students are required to complete a formal evaluation of their fieldwork experience using the Student Evaluation of the Fieldwork Experience form for Level I and Level II fieldwork. For Level I fieldwork, these evaluation forms also provide an opportunity to assess various aspects of the fieldwork program, including the quality of supervision received during the placement.
Student Evaluation of Fieldwork Educator
For Level II placements, students also complete Evaluations of their Fieldwork Educator(s) as a formal mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of supervision. The AFWC or CEPSA review the evaluations to monitor for any concerns to be addressed with individual supervisors in collaboration with the fieldwork site’s Student Program Coordinator. Evaluation of their fieldwork educator is incorporated into the Student Evaluation of the Site Experiences for Level I fieldwork.
