2-2 Rights and Privileges of Members
All members of the Faculty have the right and privilege of attending all meetings.
In addition, part-time Faculty members have the right and privilege to speak and debate at meetings.
In addition to the rights and privileges listed above, regular Faculty members have the following additional rights and privileges:
(a) To vote;
(b) To hold the offices described in these Bylaws, with the exception of Department Chairs;
(c) To serve as chairperson or member of standing committees; and
(d) To serve as chairperson or member of a joint standing committee of the Faculty and Board of Trustees.
