Immunization and Certification Policy
Students must remain in full compliance with the Institute’s Immunization and Certification Requirements throughout their fieldwork placement. Even if a student has completed onboarding and met the expectations of a clinical site, failure to maintain compliance with IHP health requirements will result in the student being prohibited from attending or continuing fieldwork.
Students are also responsible for understanding and adhering to any additional health or onboarding requirements specific to their assigned fieldwork sites, which may differ from Institute policies.
