The curriculum plan shown below outlines the MS-PhD Course of Study for a student who has selected electives focused on Leadership & Administration.

Other examples would include electives focused on:

Interprofessional Education:

• HE-945 (Core Concepts for Interprofessional Education Research)
• HE-947 (Transforming IPE Programs through Effective Feedback)
• HE-949 (Implementing IPE Research)
  instead of HE-945 and HE-947.

Simulation-Based Education:

• HE-950 (Advanced Applications in Simulation-Based Education) in Summer
  and either
• HE-990 Independent Study in any semester or HE-948 (Educational Administration in Health Professions Education) in Spring Year 2 (or HE-946 Advanced Topics in Leadership in Fall Year 2)
  instead of HE-945 and HE-947 in Fall Year 2 and HE-949 in Spring of Year 2.
  Students may also customize their electives to fit their learning needs.
