9.3 Professional Expectations

Consistent attendance is considered one element of professionalism, and frequent (two or more) and/or unexcused absences or lateness will be addressed within that context with appropriate action taken by faculty when necessary. Students are encouraged to speak with their Faculty Advisor and/or Program Director if they are experiencing challenges or barriers to attending class, Fieldwork, simulations, or other required Program activities so that a plan to accommodate the student's unanticipated challenges may be addressed in a way that supports the student and their learning.
